Daniel Le Roux is an employment attorney, trial lawyer, and partner at Unlawful Termination Lawyers, LLC. He represents employees in employment-related matters including whistleblowing, sexual harassment, family and medical leave interference, disability and injured worker discrimination, race and sex discrimination, and wrongful termination. He is also a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA).

Daniel graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon and received a number of academic awards and honors for his pro bono service to the community. Daniel received his undergraduate degree with dual majors from the University of California–San Diego after having worked his way through college working in the hospitality industry.

After practicing law for several years in a well-respected civil litigation firm in San Diego, Daniel moved back to Oregon and has since been primarily practicing employment law representing employees. Daniel has extensive litigation experience and is a successful trial attorney. Daniel is proud to have been a part of the legal team responsible for receiving a verdict of 1.8 million dollars at trial in 2008 in the case of Traxler v. Multnomah County, one of the largest employment verdicts in Oregon history at the time.

Daniel has a high success rate in defeating and opposing summary judgment motions in employment cases, both in Federal and State courts. He is also an accomplished appellate lawyer with a number of appellate decisions in his favor.

Daniel is also a published writer. He is passionate about representing employees and relates exceptionally well to clients. Daniel comes from a working-class background with ten years of experience in the hospitality industry prior to attending law school. As a result, Daniel has both the personal experience and the legal knowledge to address the imbalance and abuse of power that is inherent in the employer-employee relationship.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys gardening, traveling, hiking, and reading. He is married to Krista Le Roux, who is also an employment attorney in Oregon.
